1995 Stock train service on the Northern Line

Above, you see photographs of the recent ‘1995’ tube stock trains. The one above, is a train at Morden, therefore operating on the Northern Line. Also, you see the interior of one of the trains. I know it looks a bit dull, but will new stocks be introduced in the near future?

New Routemaster on the road!

Okay, so you’ve all heard of the New Routemaster Bus. Some of you have seen it on display in places around London.

But have you seen the new bus on the road for the first time, ever?

Well, I have, because I am a bus enthusiast and I do these sorts of things. If you haven’t seen the bus before, I recommend you go on it! The number is the ‘38’ and it goes from Hackney to Victoria (or the other way round). But if you don’t want to go on the bus, take a look at the photos below. Enjoy!

The new bus for London is a bus the Capital can be proud of. Inspired by the old Routemaster, it is modern, fully accessible and uses the latest green technology.

It’s the first bus designed specifically for the Capital’s streets for more than 50 years. Passengers will be able to hop on and off through three sets of doors. When a conductor is on

board, passengers can also use the open rear platform

Thinking of taking the bus somewhere into London, but you’re bored of seeing the same old bus everyday?

The Buses in London are operating smoothly, but we have seen a change of design lately!

The new ‘Routemaster’ bus was introduced into London last month. The buses that have changed to a Routemaster design, are: the 15 to Aldgate, the 19 to Battersea Bridge and the 23 to Liverpool Street.

Unfortunately, for lovers of the new london bus and for readers of this article, these buses have been withdrawn from london for further development. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson prophesises that the bus will be back on the road for the London 2012 Olympics.
